A: We try to offer sales from time to time. Mostly on our wooden toy kitchens. Because we offer free shipping on all of our wooden toys we always offer a good price.

A: Your Credit card will be charged at checkout for security reasons. Our shopping cart is set up to process and delete all card info. instantly.

Q: How long will it take before my wooden toys are shipped ?

A. Our products are made by hand to order. They take up to two weeks to make each beautiful, heirloom piece, and up to six days to arrive from shipping time if you live on the west coast.

Q. Can I track the shipment of my wooden toys?

A. You will receive a tracking email at the email address you used with your payment. We ship all of our wooden toys via FEDEX . Check your spam folder also as the email from fedex might be in there.

Q. Do you ever ship your wooden play kitchens unassembled?

A. No. To make this the strongest most well built wooden play kitchen you will ever buy some parts are cut in the assembly process. We want your wooden toys to last for many years to come.

Q. Do you offer layaway on your wooden toys?

A. Yes, We know for some people some of our items are a major purchase We would ask if you want a layaway to email us and see if it a good time. November through December would not be a good time to start a layaway on our wooden toys . It is just to busy to make it work.

A. Yes we offer free shipping all of our wooden toys via FEDEX ground to any zip code in the USA 48 states. Insurance included. APO are welcome.

Q. What is in the wood finish on my wooden play kitchen?

A. Here is the list of Ingredients for the wax we use on our wooden play kitchens, wooden toy dollhouses, and wooden toy castles. Soybean oil, coconut oil, palm kernel oil, beeswax, carnauba wax, essential fragrances. (our waldorf wooden playstands come unwaxed. Wax may be added to your cart via our Accessories link.

A: Most of out wooden toys are shipped in large boxes and would be very costly to ship

overseas. If you live in Canada you can postal code and the item you looking to get a shipping quote on.

Our Waldorf playstands are the cheaper to ship then our wooden play kitchens just to let you know.
