Here is a list of some of our most frequently ask questions. Hope they are helpful.

Q.My Credit card was charged but I have not yet received my items?

A. We are a home based growing business and in order to check up with our orders we process most credit card orders the day of the sale.  This insures we have the right billing info and gives us time to clear it up with our customers. Also we do not have office personal and it is more efficient for us to process orders as they came in. 

  Most times your items will ship with in 48 hours of processing. But in our busy time (November- December) processing may take place a week or more before shipping.  Please plain ahead and order for the Holidays ahead of time.

Q. How  long until my item ships?

A. We will ship on an ASAP/in stock basis. We at times have a 7 day turn over. IE:if you pay today it may be 7 days until your item ships. If you need it faster please email I will try my best to get last minute birthday gifts out fast. Please know we are in NH and time to CA,FL can be as long as 6 days once UPS has it.

Q. Can I track my shipment?

A. Yes. You will receive a quantum view tracking email at the email address you used with your payment. Even if your label was printed it does not mean your item has shipped. It is better for our records if we print the label when accepting payment. So if you check your UPS tracking number and it tells you " shipping information was received" and no time in transit information. Your item has not shipped but will ASAP.
